For a little demo I see potential.
Things you could work on:
-Sounds
-Music
-Variety in how the levels look
-More variety in level design than straight path from A to B, like things to jump on

The background looks nice though.

Fun little game, a bit slowpaced until more blocks are introduced and the stamina bar increased. Beat it in 12:20 without using green coins. Good job.
